Learn More About Zoo Animals and the Natural World

Part of the mission at Chahinkapa Zoo is to promote animal welfare and conservation through educational programs.

You can help your child understand animals and their place in the world through our many zoo classes and educational programs.

All our classes require preregistration. If you do not attend a paid zoo class, we will consider it a donation to the zoo.

Bring your little one to the zoo and give them an experience they will never forget!

We offer interactive classes at the Chahinkapa Zoo for your little cubs. This age group must be accompanied by an adult.

Your young children won't even notice how much they are learning since they will be having so much fun! We offer both zoo and gardening classes.

This class level will allow your child a chance to interact with live animals while gaining more in-depth information!

Preregistration is required. There will be no in-person sign-up.
